Limited. We are an aluminium extruder with more than a decade
of experience supplying the automotive, curtain wall system,
building and construction, electrical and electronics, furniture,
advertising, exhibition and aluminum formwork system. With
a factory area of about 40,000 square meter, we are equipped
with all facilities needed in the aluminium extrusion industry,
namely, in-house die shop, horizontal anodizing plant, fully
automatic powder coating and fluorocarbon coating plant.

Extrusion
As a custom designed extrusion manufacturer, our aluminium

Anodizing
Anodizing is an electro-chemical process to retain the
metallic appearance which makes aluminium possible to
exploit its strength and lightness in a large number
of applications, particularly in building and construction.

Powder
Coating
Powder Coating consists of a mixture of polymers, pigments
and other components, each chosen to provide the properties
required by the end user. The basic idea is that if the surface
of a component can be coated with the powder and then heated,
the powder is able to melt and flow out to form a continuous
coating.

Nowadays, the requirements for architectural coatings are
higher than before. Coatings for low-rise and high-rise buildings
need more durability such as dirt pickup resistance, chalk
resistance, color fade resistance, and UV degradation.
